How much would it cost to replace upholstery in a truck?

i want to buy new leather upholstery for my moms truck. its a 2001 Ford expedition and the leather is already torn from the seat but the other parts are still kinda new. i also want to put a new steering wheel. how much would it cost me to replace those things?

Check your local auto salvage yard for steering wheel and leather seat. If you just want to re-upholster the existing seat see if there's an experienced upholsterer in your area. If you want brand new then you will probably have to go to the dealership or check online for aftermarket interior parts. The steering wheel has an airbag inside of it so be careful.

Remove "Great Stuff" from car leather steering wheel?

I spilled some "great stuff" construction foam on my hands and then got it on the steering wheel on my car. After some difficult search, I found a thing that can remove from my hands, it's almost like acid lol BUT I still cannot get it off my steering wheel. I tried different detailing shops, and nobody can take it off, even upholstery shops don't wan deal with it cuz its a leather wheel. I put a steering wheel cover as a temporary solution, but I don wan use it forever, its annoying, and I dont wan buy a brand new steering wheel. This is a stupud problem, but its a problem. What to do?

I'd use an Xacto knife to cut off thin pieces of the foam at a time making sure not to gouge the leather. Once you get most of the foam off you can use a small piece of sandpaper to lightly sand the foam off down to the leather. Off course the leather will probably be a little rough where you sanded the foam off, but here's an info page with a lot of help on how to treat the leather stuff in your car :
