Steering Wheel jeep - Steering Wheels

What causes when my jeep steering wheel easily wiggle when on running condition testing on a freehand wheel?

It is a power steering wheel but I dont trust its loosy wheel drive? What causes it to loose? Can someone give me an effective help or advice in order for me to avoid accident. Thank you in advance.

I don't quite under stand what the problem is, but I'll try. If you have play (you turn a long ways before the wheels start turning) it could be the ball joints and or the tie rod ends, both can cause a wiggly in the front end, or it could be the steering gear needing to be adjusted. If it is a shaking in the front end when you are driving it could be ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks, tires out of balence, or the cords bunching in your tires. For most of this you need to have someone that knows what they are doing check it out, and do it soon, it sounds like your jeep needs help soon! I think I gave you all the posibilties, the pro. will cost some money I know but he could save you a lot of hard work and money on front-end tools. Go to someone you can trust! good luck

how do you unlock the steering wheel on old jeep?

i was parking in my old jeep its probably like a 95 and after i turned it off i rotated the steering wheel and it locked and i cant even turn the car back on since its locked anyone know how i can unlock it?

Well... i've owned three different cars... and all of them are the same way. I believe all cars are like that where if you turn the key to off and turn the wheel it locks in place. Anyway... i had this same question before when i first started driving. All you need to do is stick the key in the ignition... turn it and simultaneously turn the wheel left and right... the wheel should unlock and you should be able to turn the key further then just the "acc".

I think it's in the box. I'll see how much of it I can adjust out, soon as I get a little time..

Chrysler Delta < Car review

Cars like the Ford Focus and Vauxhall Astra have dominated the British family car market for years: hatchbacks which have grown bigger and more sophisticated with each redesign.

That’s a tough section of the market to crack, but now Chrysler – best known here for its iconic Jeep brand and the big Voyager MPV – is hoping to make inroads into the big boys’ market share.

Clearly to do that it needs something different and the new Delta is just that – a sleek and sporty shape which conceals an interior with limousine-like levels of space.

Its competitively priced, from £16,695, and is packed with luxury features, the latest technology and modern, proven engines courtesy of its links with Fiat, which owns a controlling share of the American car maker.

The link with Fiat is vital for Chrysler to crack the European and particularly the British market, as its previous attempts have been seen as somewhat half-hearted, with offerings such as the Neon with its fairly crude two-litre engine and three speed automatic gearbox.
